Intro

UNIVERSALE BAU GmbH is a Munich-based construction company with strong roots in the region. Over the years, the company has grown through solid projects, reliable partnerships, and a managing director who leads with calm, clarity, and entrepreneurial instinct. What was missing was not a new company, but a contemporary translation of what had long been there: a clear and visible articulation of an established strength for the next stage of development.

Our role

Together with Managing Director Hein Glüder, we fundamentally reviewed and refined the positioning of UNIVERSALE BAU GmbH within a strategic process. The goal was not to reinvent the company, but to make visible what has defined UNIVERSALE BAU GmbH for years: reliability, precision, strong partnerships, and the ability to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Our approach

Building on this foundation, a new narrative emerged around Hein Glüder as an entrepreneurial personality, as well as the identity of UNIVERSALE BAU GmbH as a dynamic, regionally rooted construction company with a clear orientation toward the future. At the same time, we considered the future business model, discussed development perspectives, and opened up strategic space for potential collaborations.

The new positioning now forms the basis for a revised visual identity and contemporary brand communication, which is currently being implemented across all channels. New portraits and motion content will follow in the next step – once Munich sees a bit more sunshine again.
